See, here’s the thing: The Ultracar Sports Club , that dank thing where hypercar owners actually run their cars on race tracks, doesn’t allow racing, but how about they try a rallycross-style setup? No joker lap, only 4 drivers & cars in 3 5-lap heats, final has 5 cars in 2 6-lap heats. Or do it time attack-style: 2 3-lap tries, best time in both tries. Only stipulation is no contact and no tuning and alterations, just setup as governed by SRO.

Well that’s an easy call. Take a break from F1, watch the semi-finals and finals of RX, then go back to F1. They’ll all be in the same positions as when you left.

Just finished, great opening weekend. Hopefully I can watch a few live and not either be working or sleeping on airplanes, though that goes for Supercross / Speedway GP as well.

Oh man Bakerrud’s Semi was incredible, that kid can wheel. I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s Hoonigan’s #1 by the end of the year.
